Working at Local Grown Salads has been a very valuable learning experience. I was challenged to push myself technically and received mentoring and professional development support all throughout. I also got responses to my questions outside of meetings in as little as an hour! Altogether, I've had the opportunity to develop my skill set through hardware design, Arduino, project and team management, business presentation skills, and building a bill of materials.

This company is great to work with, Zale has a really good sense of humor!
