Deliverables from students could be:
- Policies & guidelines - review, update and edit policies eg. well being, bullying and harassment, access to support
- Training and development. co - facilitation of training. Contribute to training design, training evaluation. Could be for staff, members of vulnerable /marginalised community groups.
- Research, literature reviews, data-collection and analysis, and data presentation, report writing, report presentation.
- Report writing detailing social problems for specific cohorts. Writing on pathways to help create healthier individuals, families, groups and communities.
- Needs assessments. Surveys of communities, families and individuals
- Well-being plans; Envision how individuals (or groups) can improve their well being through practical steps
- Online support groups

Requirements
Project examples that students can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Online intake and assessment for agency clients
- Working with HR organisations or departments for assessments of candidates, including psychometric testing
- Advising on staff well-being, improved collaboration and participation, mediation.
- Providing community training, including bystander intervention in harassment and potential violence situations
- Working in community health assisting in projects promoting health and well-being
- Working on 'social problems' on a community, group or individual level, such as family violence prevention, alcohol and other drug addictions, suicide / self-harm prevention, LGBTIQ, violence against women prevention, employment, housing, refugee support, support of those with mental health diagnosis.
