3rd and 4th year undergraduate students in a bachelor of business administration program will work in 3-5 person teams to research and develop a plan for a negotiation challenge faced by your organization. Students will have learned to negotiate in a variety of contexts (business to business negotiations, sales negotiations, contingency contracts, compensation negotiations etc.). Students will be able to conduct background research on the market. They will be able to recommend multiple equivalent offers combining issues in your negotiation challenge. Sample areas of negotiation can be Real Estate Purchases, Automotive Purchases, factory plant purchases, etc.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

3-5 person teams of students will make 15 minute in person/virtual synchronous team presentations and provide speaking notes and slide decks when relevant. The presentations will contain background research and concrete recommendations for your company
