Students will make a 15-20 minute virtual oral presentation and submit the slide deck along with speaking notes, relevant references and virtual tools developed for the project.

Project Examples

Requirements

Examples include but are not limited to:

--Develop leadership skills training programs using experiential and virtual learning methods

--Develop surveys on a topic (like employee engagement) based on scientific research

--Analyze or conduct a review of the scientific research in an area (e.g., work-life balance, flexible work arrangements)

--Make recommendations on how to implement an employee program (e.g., incentive programs)

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide relevant data as needed per the description of the project

Be available for an initial virtual call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to meet with professor to discuss or answer periodic emails over the duration of the project to address students' questions

Virtually attend final student team presentations, give feedback and/or ask questions of student presenters
