Requirements

Previous projects include

--evaluate existing job advertisements/postings/job descriptions and recommend modifications based on scientific research on effectiveness for targeted recruitment

--develop or evaluate materials for talent recruitment (e.g., structured video/ in person job interviews)

--develop or evaluate current methods of performance management/evaluation/professional development,

--develop and/assess workplace mental wellness initiatives

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a quick phone call with the professor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.

Provide relevant company specific information/data as needed for the project (and optional: do a 30 min intro to class)

Provide a person from the company who will attend the virtual presentations 1 or 2 (2 hour sessions) and do a 5 min feedback/q&a with each student team
