3rd and 4th year management (BBA) students working in 3-6 person teams will conduct research and develop an actionable strategy and make recommendations to solve a leadership challenge faced by your organization, stakeholders, and/or clients.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Students will make a 15-20 minute virtual oral presentation and have a 5 minute Q&A period, submit the slide deck along with speaking notes, relevant references and virtual tools developed for the project.

Examples include but are not limited to:

--Develop leadership skills training programs using experiential and virtual learning methods

--Incorporate Diversity, Inclusion and Equity aspects into current leadership skills training programs

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Virtually attend synchronous student team presentations (2-3 hours) and ask questions of student presenters to engage them.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to meet with professor to discuss project issues or answer student clarification questions

Be available for an initial virtual call with the professor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide relevant data as needed per the description of the project
