Working with the employers from Understanding and Combating Anti-Asian Racism in Canada: An Online Course Development through Minerva Innovations Consultancy was a valuable and eye-opening experience. The project provided meaningful insight into systemic issues related to anti-Asian racism and allowed me to contribute to an initiative aimed at education and awareness.
