Working on this project was a good lesson on project coordination. Starting the project we were given instructions on what to do for project completion, however we were not given any resource information or code files until weeks after start the date. We had to ask for every bit of information needed to contribute to the project like the source code, documentation for product details, and site style guide. The team was inexperienced, introducing these new elements, weekly into our scope of work was stressful and a bit of a nuisance. This was repetitive and took a lot of time leading to minimal work completed. Any site information or project resources that we had needed for completing the project should have been shared either before or at the website kick-off debrief.
