This project helped me developed crucial competence in New Market entry. In Phase 2, I was confident in my ability to deliver quality work as I gained experience from Phase 1. The management team is very responsive and able to clarify any ambiguity. We have held constant meetings throughout the whole process. The team members all shared their experiences and best practices which helped us learn from each other.
