Eleanor was very responsive throughout the project, which we really appreciated. The process moved quickly, and while it sometimes felt a little hard to keep up, the support we received from the coordinator was appreciated. There were a few challenges with the platform itself—it required extra navigation at times- especially when trying to contact the Riipen administrator.
