The main goal of this project is to manage and optimize the FormMaster website to ensure it meets user expectations, runs smoothly, and offers easy access points with no loading issues or error messages. Additionally, the project aims to implement SEO strategies to increase site visibility, analyze website metrics and user feedback, and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, and design.

The tasks learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Managing website content, design, and functionality

- Optimizing site performance and user experience

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, and design

- Implementing SEO strategies to increase site visibility

- Analyzing website metrics and user feedback

- Assessing content and finding ways to improve the content

- Assuring website optimization and traffic assessments

By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:

The student will work closely with Management and assistance will always be available for supervising and taking questions. We will organize weekly meetings where adjustments to the student's tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
