We are looking for an interested individual to create and then program a chat bot for our website. We have a number of FAQ already designed for the chat bot but need someone to implement it into the chat bot and then place the chat bot onto our website.

The chat bot will be built on the Zoho platform.

This platform is part of our larger ERP system known as ZohoOne and integrates well with our web traffic activity reporting. By having this chatbot made, we hope to be able to convert more individuals into buyers and to track the path people go through on our website in order to identify web pages with high vs low engagement rates.

Your chatbot will then integrate with other meeting booking software that you will then initialize to create a seamless experience both for our staff and the client they will be meeting.

A member of our team will have scheduled check in meetings with you to ensure you are progressing well and that your questions are being answered as well.
