Welcome to the Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network (EOAN)! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative project, a social media campaign.
Main Goal:
The primary objective of this project is to create social media content for EOAN. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.
Project Scope and Expectations:
During this project, students will create content for EAON for 2025. You will work with staff to create timely and engaging content for the first 6 months of 2025.
Company Overview:
At EOAN, we work with local small-scale producers to showcase their goods and promote local purchases in Eastern Ontario. This project offers students an opportunity to gain insights into our culture, values, and the impactful work we do
Project Details:
This project includes:
- Create social media content (Facebook & Instagram), hopefully
- Source relevant images
- Complete interviews to create member profiles
Final Deliverables:
Provide details about what the student will upload to the platform as their final deliverable(s).
- Social media calendar
- Social media posts, hopefully in both official languages
For students: To validate the completion of your work, please submit deliverables as uploaded files with a reflection note at the end of your project. These files can take various formats, including Word documents, PDFs, JPEG images, presentations, and more. We request tangible proof or an example showcasing your completed work. e provide redacted deliverables or a sample of non-confidential work.

Savour East Ontario is an initiative of the Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network (EOAN), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the development, growth and sustainability of local food and agriculture initiatives in Eastern Ontario.
The EOAN operates in Prescott-Russell, Stormont Dundas & Glengarry, Cornwall, and the Ontario portion of Akwesasne.
