Main goal for this project?

• The main goal of this project is to support Ispyr to Educate in enhancing our professional development and podcast offerings by conducting detailed literature reviews in the field of early childhood education. This involves identifying and analyzing relevant research papers that provide insights into effective educational practices for early years educators.
• Tasks include:
• Familiarizing with specific inclusion/exclusion criteria relevant to early childhood education.
• Searching academic databases for studies using predefined keywords.
• Screening titles and abstracts for relevance to our educational themes.
• Documenting important details from papers such as authors, dates, and key findings.
• Reading full texts and summarizing crucial results and educational implications.

• By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
• An understanding and application of inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Identification and documentation of relevant studies.
• Synthesis of findings into practical insights for professional development and educational content.
• Bonus steps: Extract key results and integrate them into workshop and podcast content.
