Create and execute a market research presentation on what schools are currently using for gun detection, how the faculty and staff feel about the systems' accuracy and therefore their safety, and what we can do to market this amazing new platform and technology.

The Hawkeye EDS is a web-based, AI enhanced, software platform and mobile app for detecting a person or persons approaching a grounds with either a showing or concealed firearm, complete with appliance (camera and other technology). This platform is to be built utilizing current technologies such as video cameras and AI, facial recognition,

infrared, and radio waves. The system is cloud-based and has a unique warning system via

the mobile app.

Deliverables

Marketing research and analysis:

We want to encourage new thinking and how to reach customers for this product.

We would like a synopsis of the current market and competitors, but mostly we would like

feedback from schools using current products to learn what works and where the shortfalls

are.

Then create marketing campaigns to reflect the study findings.

Mentorship

We will provide guidance and full disclosure of all functions of product, and the project manager will be available for consultation.
