researchThe main goal of this project is to help in the development of our commercial roster including research, outreach, interviewing and onboarding of new clients. The goal is to create a more diverse roster to help fill in the areas of our roster that we're missing and to ensure those clients know how to properly audition and navigate the commercial world.
Learners will need to start by researching recent commercials and identifying common trends in what commercials are looking for (special talents, certain age ranges, etc.). They then will do an analysis of what our current roster is missing based on that. From there they will make recommendations of who to focus getting on our roster and do some outreach to build our roster. With each person interested from that outreach, they will interview, onboard and ensure each new client knows how to properly self tape as well as understands navigating the world of commercials (reading audition notices, going to callbacks, etc.)
Weekly zoom meetings but always available for any questions or help.
Evaluations for each process completed.
Working through shared google docs with goals and tasks and completion.
Mentoring and sharing any of my relevant experience.
Training on how to utilize and work on the talent casting sites.
Training on the systems used for talent casting.
