The Centre for Career and Vocation is seeking student workers to help develop and expand resources and supports for our Indigenous student population, specifically within a career development framework. This project will include, but is not limited to:
- Research career development and academic resources for BIPOC students to develop BIPOC facing resources
- Develop learning modules for BIPOC students using the LMS framework (Moodle) to support BIPOC student experience at CMU
- Draft recommendations for how the institution can better serve BIPOC students
Please note: This position is open to BIPOC-identifying applicants only
Key skills and experiences: ability to apply pedagogical principles in an online environment, strong understanding of issues facing BIPOC students, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position reports to the Director of the Centre for Career and Vocation through email and Teams.
