INÉRO, INC is seeking to update its database for an innovative solution that improves how aerospace companies find suppliers.

The project involves :

• Reviewing the existing spreadsheet and updating headers that match the information that needs to appear on the companies' profiles (e.g., employee count, factory locations)
• Automating updates.

To automate the database, we will use an AI no-code solution that gathers information and updates the spreadsheet on its own. No-code solutions do not require deep coding knowledge.

Example of such tools are freckle.io and clay.

The students will work on a small sample of 50 records to test out automation.

The founder will be able to support students with questions.

Expected deliverables

1 - A short recorded video (on Canva, loom or phone) showing:

• The spreadsheet before and after
• The steps taken to automate the updates.

2 - The updated spreadsheet featuring:

• headers reflecting our solution's profile entries
• the 50 updated lines
• **Formulas could be used as a last resort, if the automation didn't work.

Expected outcome

• We are looking to achieve full automation of each 50 record using the company name and its state or province location.
• We should be able to verify the addresses from two reliable sources to ensure accuracy.

A successful project will enable INÉRO to replicate the task on another sample of 50 records.
