This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:
- Conducting a competitive landscape analysis to identify key competitors and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
- Developing a social media campaign strategy to define objectives, target audience, platform selection, content calendar, and metrics and analytics.
- Creating a market expansion report to assess the potential for growth, develop an entry strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify potential risks.
- Conducting user testing and analysis to plan, collect, and analyze user feedback.
- Reviewing the privacy policy for each platform and providing recommendations for updates or improvements.
By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors.

- A presentation summarizing the strategy document.
