Overview: We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Suggesting exciting content and working with the Brand Director to make it happen;
- Assist in Content Planning and Brainstorming for Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin
- Contribute in writing copy for each post
- Work with Brand Manager in placing content into the pre-approved templates
- Execution of content and posting all posts and stories
- Evaluate community comments, interactions, resharing, interacting with user-generated campaigns
Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
Ideal Experience (training and mentorship will be provided):

- Asana

- Great copywriting skills
- Fluent in English and French
This is project is great for a student seeking real-world experience to complement their future career. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn, create, and practice using the tools that help run a successful digital content strategy with Management.
Being a part of this project also means being a part of Team with an innovative mission to help empower local businesses, supporting community development, and driving sustainability by repurposing how our society uses commercial real estate. Project Scope: Phase 2 will create marketing materials for July (summer launch)
Students will be provided with training and mentorship on the tools required to successfully complete the project.
Learning & professional development is one of the core values of the Workden team, students will be mentored by both Director of Branding and the CEO:
- Weekly 1:1 guidance calls with Director of Branding
- Bi-weekly Team Strategy Calls with CEO and Marketing team
- Management will be available daily for any immediate questions or assistance needed by student.
