Philer Inc. is launching a project to build a custom client dashboard system designed to streamline the management of real estate transactions and consolidate user-experience . This system will replace manual tracking processes and scattered tools with a centralized platform offering intuitive user interfaces for form-filling, document upload, real-time tracking, and meeting scheduling. This dashboard is a fallback to an AI intake service and should integrate with this intake service backend where necessary.  The dashboard will feature dynamic intake forms, closing tracking, document management, and integration with backend systems and databases . A major focus will be on designing a responsive and seamless frontend experience, powered by React and Tailwind CSS, that enables efficient data entry and status monitoring.  The project will also involve light backend collaboration to connect the frontend to an existing database schema (Airtable), ensuring data flows reliably between the user interface and persistent storage.
