This project will include: Creating a weekly newsletter/blog post with helpful information so readers feel inspired Creating and soliciting materials to be published. Determining the features of a publication. Making a final determination about what will be published in an issue. Coordinating frequency of publication.

Creating graphic design assets (3)

We're looking for students to help us with the creation of new graphic design assets for our mobile food ordering app. We want to increase brand awareness while producing visually appealing, unique content.

Lean Startup Business Strategy Development

We want to simplify our go-to-market strategy to make our business model more “lean” and reactive to customer feedback. The focus of this project is to identify the root problems that are increasing time and cost allocations across our operations and suggesting actionable solutions. Students should focus on: Mapping our operational processes. Identifying bottlenecks in our systems. Recommending improvements to optimize our organization.

Web/Mobile App Design & Implementation

Desserts App is a mobile application that allows people to fully customize and quickly purchase desserts from local bakeries, especially the custom ones (e.g. three-tier unicorn cakes). We would like students to focus on: new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes for our web/mobile app.
