What You Will Do: Develop & execute a digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO to enhance ESC’s brand presence. Create a communications strategy that aligns with ESC’s mission, ensuring effective storytelling and audience engagement. Design and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and client outreach. Improve website performance by identifying necessary updates and implementing strategic content improvements. Develop a customer success strategy to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Research industry trends and best practices to optimize digital marketing and advertising efforts. Deliverables: A comprehensive social media and communications strategy aligned with ESC’s goals and budget. A marketing and advertising strategy tailored to reach ESC’s target audience effectively. A customer success framework to enhance client retention and satisfaction. Regularly scheduled social media posts and engagement activities. We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications for our clients. This position can turn into a part-time position and then a full-time position depending on the success of the candidate. The candidate will learn a lot about the non-profit sector and fundraising in general. This project will include: Writing grants for fantastic charities in Canada Researching additional qualified funders for our clients Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing.
