Vancouver Waitlist Growth Campaign for StellaEats

Intelligent Dietary Filtering System Development
Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. seeks to enhance user experience by developing an intelligent dietary filtering system for their online platform. The goal is to create a smart discovery flow that personalizes homepage product and outlet recommendations based on individual dietary profiles. This project aims to integrate user dietary preferences into the platform, allowing users with saved profiles to automatically see personalized content. Additionally, users should have the option to clear these filters to explore all available products and outlets. The project will involve designing a user-friendly interface, developing algorithms for dietary preference recognition, and ensuring seamless integration with the existing platform. Our organization is interested in addressing societal issues and supporting social causes. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and a project we have defined. Developing a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identifying potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Improving the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying new opportunities for community projects.

Our company is about to launch a nutrition-focused marketplace. We have developed a set of marketing strategies, but it has been challenging to implement them. We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc. Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic. Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.

We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Use of social media management tools to schedule our content.
Enhancing Marketplace MVP: Building Personalized Dietary Pods
Project Description : [Project Title] Welcome to Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative project, StellaEats. Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to enhance the existing MVP of the StellaEats app by developing a personalized Dietary Pod feature. This feature will allow end-users to customize their dietary preferences and restrictions, creating a tailored marketplace experience. The project also includes improvements to the merchant dashboard, product listings, and user interactions to deliver a seamless experience for both merchants and end-users. Students will work on real-world software challenges, contributing to a mission-driven startup in the dietary-conscious e-commerce space. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 4-8 weeks.
Customer Persona and Journey Mapping
We are excited to be launching a new dietary first app in Canada focusing on helping millions of Canadians get safe, easy access for their dietary needs. With any launch, having a depth understanding of our users needs is critical; and we would like to involve students in creating one for our new venture. We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on target customers and create a personas Drawn from the personas and research is to do customer journey mapping, our products and customers. Analyzing customer responses from surveys and interviews. Defining the phases and touchpoints of the purchasing process. Incorporating user actions, emotions, goals, and pain points in the customer journey map. Proposing solutions to minimize pain points while meeting business goals. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Developing multiple customer journey maps to account for different experiences and paths.
Brand Identity
Our company is looking to solidify our identity and revamp the logo that we currently have. We are looking to better connect with our audience by standing out and being memorable while also being able to use the designs the students offer in a corporate setting. We are looking for real designs that we could use in our branding and general branding knowledge. The right candidate would work to create consistent promotional branding and come up with possible new names for the company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching the brand identity. Logo and name proposals that reflect who we are Brand voice Work to create a branding guide for us to reference Help create prototypes using software tools that can be implemented in our marketing Research the competitors to see what they are doing. Creating custom branding sheets with colours and logos.
Financial Business Plan
We are excited to be launching a new business, (name of business and brief description of what the company will do). With any launch, having a financial plan is one of the keys to success, and we would like to involve students in creating one for our new venture. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Learning about our business strategy from various employees to become familiar with our goals, mission, and products. Creating forecasts using Excel (or another financial software) for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative and aggressive). Working with our team to develop an expense budget. Conducting a break-even analysis timeline using financial projections. Reporting on projected assets and liabilities. Including visual comparisons such as graphs and charts to show the differences between the conservative and aggressive income projection.
Mobile App UI / UX Design & Prototype
Our company would like to explore designing for our upcoming MVP version for a native mobile application version. We currently have a design for our P-O-C and building it as well. We would like to start to attempt to capture future innovation of our mobile application. Tasks may include: Conducting background research on existing web applications from competitors to serves as inspiration for better user experience. Identifying key areas of our product and how they might translate into AI/ML-embedded mobile applications. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen-by-screen UX / UI prototype of a native mobile application which can be used on both iOS and Android Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this.
