The students of MBA 601 Leadership in the Global Context will diagnose your current organization "condition" and present a profile best suited to your success in an emerging landscape of opportunity. They will apply proven research and analysis models taught by their professor with experience in analyzing organizational cultures and their link to employee attitudes and actions in over 500 workplaces over the past 30 years.
Learners
Research and analyze an organization's workplace environment using such diagnostic tools as employee surveys, measures of external and internal organizational environments, and the latest research on the correlation between leadership and organizational health.
Present the Workplace Alignment Map showing how well alignment organizational culture, structure, systems, workplace climate, and workplace actions and services are.
Provide a set of evidence-based conclusions and recommendations/
