We had a successful match with AscentUP interns who produced a solid deliverable and were fun and professional to work with along the way. The AscentUP coordinators were responsive and easy to work with.

Working with the team is super easy! All communications were through the portal and it made it easy to manage the entire process.

They coordinators made it easier. They guided us through all the steps before the start, helped us get familiar with the platform, and kept us updated on all the developments. They reached out for a constant feedback and responded promptly to our queries.

So far so good. We do not yet have the results as the project will not be complete until September 13 but the team has been very enagaged and communicative so we have high hopes.

We're grateful to be included in the the pilot program and being introduced to a great team of learners. We're looking forward to future iterations of the program.

This Internship program was very effective and valuable. In just 6 weeks, we were able to accomplish a lot. The Ascent Up team kept in touch with me and checked on whether I needed support. When I did, they responded quickly and helped make the project successful. I would recommend this program to any organization that has a compact project with specific deliverables that can be accomplished in 6 weeks.

The organizers of this project were great! They were communicative and there if needed. Our meetings were informative and they were able to answer any questions. I especially appreciate the check-in half way through the program and once it was almost concluded.

I was so impressed with the learners chosen for the other project because they all complemented each other perfectly. This project was not completed and deliverables were not produced as established in the project outline

The Ascent Up Team was very supportive and helpful. We had to deal with changes in interns' work and personal life changes that affect the make-up of the team. In addition, there were complications and delays due to things outside of our control (related to the migration tool and system changes by Microsoft). Ascent Up assisted with schedule changes and finding replacement team members when it was possible. They followed up to check how things were going too as we approached key deadlines.

Working with the coordinators of AscentUP – Digital Tech Projects – 2025 on the User-Centric Voter Registration Software Development project was a smooth and well-supported experience. The coordinators were responsive, organized, and proactive in facilitating communication, setting expectations, and ensuring the project stayed on track. Their support allowed the project and team to focus on the technical and creative aspects of the work without unnecessary administrative friction. The structure they provided contributed positively to both the process and outcomes of the project.

The structure and support provided through the AscentUP program were instrumental in creating a positive and productive internship experience. I was particularly impressed with how the team facilitated autonomy while still providing guidance when needed. Communication was clear and timely, and expectations were well outlined from the start. The team were engaged, responsive, and genuinely invested in both the student and partner experience. It was evident that care had gone into designing a program that empowers learners while delivering value to organizations. I would gladly participate again.
