Virtual POCT (V-POCT) aims to revolutionize the Point Of Care Testing (POCT) process by developing a digital platform to connect patients to areas where POCT are performed in the community. Also, help the healthcare sectors to implement the POCT programs effectively and based on a Quality Management System. We offer tailored seamless system implementation & training , creating rigorous quality management systems, and strategic management solutions. This project seeks to collaborate with students to reach out to pharmacies and clinics for the purpose of expanding V-POCT.




Deliverables


Students participating in this project are expected to:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs. The finding should be submitted as a MicrosoftWord document.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns to reach these customers. The finding should be submitted in a presentation format.
  • Hunt new leads and nurture them to implement V-POCT solutions for patients. The fundings should be reported in an Excel format.
  • Execute sales outreach activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. Email campaign should be done via Mailchimp or another email campaign platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients via phone or email.
Mentorship

Students will have the opportunity to connect directly with our team for dedicated mentorship throughout the V-POCT market analysis and strategy development project. This direct line of communication ensures that participants can readily seek guidance and insights on various aspects critical to their research and analysis efforts.
