Digital Content Creation & Strategy

We would like students to help us grow and expand our community through social media. We're looking for strategic, creative students to help in creating content that is aligned with our vision to leverage the unique Dad & Daughter relationship to ignite empathy and understanding for the Dads, while helping to fuel the girls' confidence and resilience. We want to create great allies in the men to better communication between the genders and ultimately help foster a society that better values and empowers women and girls. More specifically, we are hoping the student(s) can: Research and curate the most interesting and salient articles and data to provide thought-provoking pieces for our audience Strategize and manage (even if temporarily) our social media feeds to reach our audience that way (starting from scratch so lots of room to experiment here) Create original content (blog posts, video, oped articles) to foster deeper thinking and understanding around these topics Manage and update our website, if possible Identify and assess possible social media influencers Work with potential partners and sponsors on mutually beneficial campaigns for our audience Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story We'd love to work with students that are hard-working, thoughtful, and creative. Students with a strong understanding of social, video, SEO, and web design skills woule be ideal. This is an opportunity to to flex a lot of creative muscles and try new things - we are very open and excited about that - the student(s) will have a lot of autonomy but be expected to dig in and figure things out (ie - no onboarding tutorial here, frankly we don't have the time for hand-holding). This is a great chance to work in a growing startup, with a seasoned corporate executive looking to build something special. If you like the sound of our culture and mission and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, we'd love to hear from you.
