Grant Writing for New Women & Non-Binary Empowerment Networking & Support App

InPower is a truly independent network/social media app where members (women and those who identify as nonbinary) can interact with each other and professionals based on standard shared sets and a pledge to be supportive and kind to one another (by joining groups and communities through our application). Resources like short educational modules being required to be finished before joining groups (like conflict resolution skills, how to not be judgemental online, and terminology that is offensive to LBGQTIA+ community, etc) is the driving force of our app. We provide the foundations to prepare our members to join any group or community they want to join. Now, we are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications that support our mission and vision statement. We are solving online bullying, trolling, privacy and security, and you will be helping the tens of thousands of lives we have already changed through our journey.

Psychological Theory in the Onboarding and Recruitment Process

Graduate level students at Adler University will develop a comprehensive HR strategic analysis. They will research and provide an analysis of a major workplace implementation, such as HR strategic plan, conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions, recruitment and selection strategy, performance management/ evaluation program, training and development program, formulating talent management strategy, compensation and benefits program, health and wellness plan. They can evaluate the viability of such implementation by addressing the key issues required for success. In this, they will be expected to critically analyze Strategic Human Resource Management System/sub-systems as mentioned above, identify problems, and recommend constructive improvements. The success issues should be derived from current research.
