The kraft paper bags are not eco-friendly. Currently, we collect clean newsprints, flyers from local libraries and flyer distributors (Nova Scotia & New Brunswick). Once it is collected, we clean it without any chemicals or bleaching. After that, we make paper bags and sell to small businesses. There are multiple challenges includes on handling logistics, supply chain management, essentials for small companies, maintaining labour, financing. We are looking for consulting on how to grow the business to the next level, Identify all the current issues ? Perform SWOT analysis, Competitor analysis, How to license our technologies, what are all the opportunities, scaling and growing the business to the next level. Students will analyze your sales funnels and internal processes to develop recommendations for more accurate forecasting. Sales operations.
