Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with one that is optimized for all major browsers and be mobile-friendly We would like a group of students to design a new prototype web application based off of our current website’s functionality. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Creating a QR Code for the website. Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focus might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen-by-screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile-friendly Bonus steps in the process would also include: Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this

Bookkeeping for 2021-2022 Audit

We want you to bookkeep for our previous fiscal year with Sage 50. You will be trained for 2 days and will have access to our Sales Manager for information and we will provide all current sales collateral for review. You will also be provided high-level data and confidential business account statements.

Analyzing Sales Trends

We believe we have a good handle on our customer but we are lacking some knowledge into the acquisition of our customers. It is important for us to go back to the data we have on our sales process to determine key trends and patterns that will help us make informed decisions for the future of our business. Some areas that we hope to analyze include, but are not limited to, sales cycle length, average sale price, average ROI/customer, buying behaviours, etc. Our business will use data retrieved from this report to make informed decisions for our sales strategy in the future.
