We want to revamp our appointment CRM system as it is outdated. We would like to collaborate with students to develop an improved CRM system. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, products and services. Researching CRM software options and their features. Selecting the best technologies for our business and recommending plans for implementation. Recommending new features to include in our CRM system. Implementing our data & customer data into the CRM system to get it up and running
