I'm not sure if 80 hours was required for this project and the outcome was not very successful.

Kibrom appeared to not be engaged with the project until a few weeks before the deliverables were due, and thus missed the initial deliverables. He did not take the time to learn to use Toggl and Asana which is important data and information for our enterprise. The time our teams put to develop this program, did not seem to be respected. He did deliver a minimum viable product in the end.

Unfortunately I had a really poor experience. I do not see any results that are attainable from this project.

Overall I received approximately 20% of the work I had asked to be done, but not well, along with a bunch of things I did not ask for that I tried to redirect them on multiple times. The group was asked to create 3 social media pages as well as 2-4 pieces of content for each. The social media pages were made with just a cellphone picture of our logo in the profile picture and nothing else on the pages at all, not intro, content, nothing. I clearly described what I was looking for in the content for posts and even sent them an example of what I was looking for that took me less than 5 minutes to do. I received nothing like my example, and a lot of really unprofessional looking entry level graphic design images (some of which I am well aware have been stolen directly from the internet). Overall, as none of the pages were created in a useable fashion, we cant use anything that this group has done. I provided my contact info to the group to text or call me and urged them to do so with questions, I never heard from them once. It is clear to me now that these students had no interest in gaining real world experience in this project or putting in any real effort, if they had been putting in effort but still were not doing well my review would be much higher, but they never reached out with questions, or anything which I urged them to do, and they never followed my examples. I would not recommend this group for anything to do with social media. We will have to get a new intern and try this again as we will be calling our time send here a waste.

The students engaged on this project were willing and capable. But the project went "off the rails" and did not get completed within the time-limit.
