NL Eats is looking to enhance its financial management capabilities by developing a comprehensive budgeting and forecasting system. The goal is to integrate this system with QuickBooks to accurately track actuals across multiple grants and revenue streams. Additionally, the project involves creating an interactive Power BI dashboard for financial analysis, which will enable data-driven decision-making and improved grant management. The project aims to streamline financial tracking, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide real-time insights into grant expenditures, donations, and other revenue sources.
