Mental Health Awareness Campaign - CAMH
In this project, we ask students working in teams of 1 or 2 to develop communications material for CAMH in support of mental health awareness - similar to the recent Mental Health is Health campaign. You'll be provided some information on CAMH's branding and style guidelines, but you are welcome to depart from those and be creative if you prefer. Do not use the CAMH logo in your projects. We suggest focusing on the 15-25 yr old demographic with your communication piece, but this is not mandatory. Your deliverable can take one of many formats - feel free to think outside the box. Examples include: A visual that could be used as a TTC bus shelter ad or banner ad in a bus/subway car A website banner advertisement A social media post and accompanying graphic An infographic As this is a large class, we'll make use of peer review to help identify finalists. Any student can complete a first draft and upload this as your first milestone for this project, by Feb 22. You'll then be asked to assign peer review scores to 5 of your peers. The 10 projects that score the highest in this phase will be asked to submit their final deliverable by March 22nd, to CAMH, and will receive feedback and one of the incentives listed above. These incentives are for the 10 finalists only. Please note the first draft must be provided in PDF format in order to be peer reviewed. The final deliverable can simply be a re-submission of your first draft, but we encourage you to iterate on that draft for the final product. The final product can be uploaded in different formats and make use of different media as required.

Pricing Model Development
We would like you to develop and test a series of pricing model options and present an effective data-based pricing model recommendation for our organization. You should conduct primary and secondary research to confirm your recommendation is validated by our target customer in this market. To accomplish this, we believe you will need to conduct the following research: Our organization’s costs, target customer, revenue targets, and business goals. The competitive landscape of this new market. Organizing focus groups, surveys, and/or customer discovery interviews to get input and feedback on potential pricing models. Using targeted online ads to A/B test landing pages with different price models. We want to enter this new market with a proven pricing model so that we can have a successful launch. Final deliverables should include: A written report including an Executive Summary that illustrates your research findings and recommendations on our pricing model. A visual presentation of your research findings and recommendations.

How can charities continue to serve the increasing needs of financially challenged families during a recession that reduces donations and government supports?
Help an educational organization help children from financially challenged families thrive. The Education Bank is an Ontario-based organization that provides free materials and supplementary learning opportunities to financially challenged children/youth - however, like most charities today, the effect of a strained economy has significantly reduced donations. What steps can be taken to secure sufficient operating revenue to continue operations for the 1500 kids that rely on the Education Bank’s services?

Website Enhancement for Improved UI/UX and Accessibility
A&Z Consultants is seeking to enhance its company website to provide a more intuitive and engaging experience for its users. The current website has been identified as having areas that could benefit from improved user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) optimization, and enhanced accessibility features. The goal of this project is to create a more seamless and inclusive online environment that caters to a diverse audience, including individuals with disabilities. By applying principles learned in web design and development courses, learners will analyze the existing website, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that align with best practices in UI/UX design and accessibility standards. The project will involve tasks such as redesigning navigation elements, optimizing page layouts, and ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines like WCAG 2.1.
