This app holds strong potential to support college students in managing their mental health and accessing available campus/UbYou resources. We appreciate that Jack not only values user-centric design but also trusts the development process. His responsiveness, engagement, and thoughtful feedback have been instrumental to the project’s progress.

Our team appreciated the opportunity to work on a real-world product through the IDP. It was valuable experience collaborating with stakeholders and teammates, applying UX principles, and navigating project challenges. However, we faced difficulties due to a lack of clear project goals and limited communication with the project owner at the very beginning. This was however resolved and communication went smoothly afterwards.

Jack was clear in the direction he want this project taken, while also leaving the appropriate room needed for our team to ideate and innovate his app design.
