Looking for creative, innovative ideas? Bring on students from Waynesburg University to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience will: Use design thinking to solve complex problems; Identify and use the processes and methods of creative problem solving; Apply a range of appropriate practical creativity techniques and frameworks; Demonstrate leadership abilities and group facilitation skills. What can our learners do for your company? Learners in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis. Evaluate a challenge and share creative recommendations about a product, process, or service; Provide solutions-based approaches to solving complex problems.
