Analyzing Opportunity for Pawsome Concierge

The main objective of the project is to analyze an opportunity within Pawsome Concierge and present their findings in a presentation. This project aims to enhance students' ability to apply concepts and tools to assess both the internal characteristics of the organization and its external context. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the current market and industry trends in the pet care industry. - Analyzing the internal operations of Pawsome Concierge, including their customer service, pricing, and product offerings. - Identifying new opportunities for Pawsome Concierge to expand their services and reach new customers. - Developing a business plan to implement the new opportunities. - Presenting the findings in a presentation.
