Strategic Growth and Operational Excellence: Enhancing Business Performance and Community Engagement at UrParking

The goal of the internship project at UrParking is to leverage the diverse skills and knowledge of Cape Breton University’s Post Baccalaureate Business Management students to develop actionable, data-driven solutions that enhance our business operations and strategic growth. Specifically, the project aims to: Create Comprehensive Business Plans: Develop detailed business plans and feasibility studies for new initiatives or improvements within UrParking, including strategies for start-up ventures, market expansion, and operational efficiency. Design Effective Marketing Strategies: Craft innovative marketing plans to elevate UrParking’s brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive user acquisition and retention. Optimize Revenue Streams: Formulate strategies to enhance revenue generation, including identifying new revenue opportunities, improving existing processes, and developing effective fundraising and financial growth plans. Improve Operational Processes: Identify and recommend improvements to UrParking’s current operations, focusing on streamlining workflows, increasing productivity, and optimizing resource allocation. Strengthen Community Outreach: Develop and implement community outreach plans to build stronger relationships with local communities, enhance brand reputation, and support corporate social responsibility initiatives. Advance Research and Development: Support UrParking’s innovation efforts by conducting research and developing frameworks for new product development and technological advancements.
