The team took on a big challenge of a complex topic. At times, it was difficult to connect with the team and provide them with feedback and direction. I encourage these students to make sure they connect with their stakeholders early on in a project and then make the time to connect halfway through to make sure expectations are aligned.

Tamim worked as part of a team to create social media assets for our organization, focusing on the pillars of our mission as well as the resources and support we provide to individuals living with Congenital Heart Disease. He also created fun interactive posts to help increase engagement on our social media channels and donations. Tamim conducted research on brand awareness, competitive analysis and SEO best practices to better support and position our organization within the charitable sector.
